the brown egg

11/28/12

I recently went on a much needed friendship date with my fellow New-Englander, Hannah. We decided to try someplace new. We ended up at The Brown Egg!

The main reason we chose this place! We heard of their P-spice lattes through the grape vine!

The decor was awesome. Every type of book and prop you can think of! They even had a Star Wars corner.

Orange Cranberry Scone... which they warmed up for me... :]

Then I came across this beauty.

There is something comforting about knowing that other people have secrets. And it's fascinating to know them.

In conclusion, go to the Brown Egg. Or eat a warmed up scone. Or go to www.postsecret.com.

Get it? Got it? Good. ;]

fall away

11/22/12

It seems like just a few days ago that the leaves started falling and people began posting pictures of their first pumpkin spice lattes of the season on instagram. Time flies when you are in college. Here are some of my favorite memories from this crunchy leaf season. I'll also take this time to introduce some of my favorite people!

my big sis Bethany. Her childhood nickname was pumpkin :]

& this is my little sis Christie. Don't worry....her nickname was not 'goat'

never have I ever seen a goat look so distinguished until this moment!

My mama, christie, bethany, and me

My boyfriend, Jake :]

& last but not least, here's a little sneak peak of a Lovely People photoshoot I did with Christie. Stay tuned!

Hope everyone's thanksgivings left both stomachs and hearts full.

Be safe. Be healthy. Be happy.
